ADP Mobile Solutions

Being able to check payroll and HR documents from remote locations is especially important in today's pandemic environment. I've often found myself with the need to show documentation of address, employment, and health benefits, without having access to my work computer. This mobile app has saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Our managers love to use it over the weekend to complete incoming PTO requests and schedule changes for their teams. Our team members dislike the "spammy" notifications going off if an update is made to the What's New section. However, our team members do appreciate the ability to check their pay stubs and benefits quickly, request PTO, and schedule changes.

[ADP Mobile Solutions is] appropriate for when your at home and you need to request time off. It's also nice to see your benefits that you elected and be able to do open enrollment for benefits via the app. They can see their paystubs and their W2's and your able to print or email those documents to yourself.

I think the ADP Mobile Solutions product is an awesome product for the myADP platform. It is easy to use. For our hourly associates that clock in/out via the mobile device - it works well. It was a little challenging getting it all set-up to use like that. But all in all it does offer a pretty seamless experience for the end-users.

Love the flexibility of the ADP Mobile Solutions app, can take a vacation or be out of the office and be able to still approve time-off for the team.

The mobile app is very well suited for people who want to review their pay stubs and take a quick look at their benefits. Documents can be downloaded directly from the app, including w2 forms and tax documents, directly into your cloud storage. Benefit enrollments are actually very easy on the application too and frankly work better than the website.

It may be less appropriate for people who want more documentation through certain enrollment processes and surrounding their payroll information. The app is great and provides much of the information needed, but the website is going to be the best place to see everything at once.

The app is well suited for on the go access for our employees to see their paystubs and to be able to make better, informed decisions while out and about, living their life. Employees have used this info to make changes to their federal tax withholdings, direct deposit accounts, employee benefit deductions and the like.

ADP is easy for users to use and engage with. This ease of use allows individual team members the ability to self-serve while significantly reducing the need to engage with human resources staff in finding simple personal information. For instance, it is easy to find out how many hours of PTO I have remaining without pestering HR for administrative questions.

I think it is well suited as long as the locations where an employee is allowed to clock in and out are tightly monitored by job title to prevent persons from clocking in/out while on their commute or when they are absent.

ADP Mobile Solutions is well suited if you have no other option.
